Vastu CRM is a product of Abeyaantrix Technology Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India. We provide real estate CRM software to property developers, brokers, and real estate professionals.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: Name, email address, and role of users who register on our platform.
• Lead data (from Facebook Lead Ads): When a real estate professional connects their Facebook Page, we receive and store lead information submitted via Facebook Lead Ad forms. This typically includes the lead's name, phone number, email address, and city.
• Customer data: Property buyer information entered manually by our users.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and product improvement.

• To provide and operate Vastu CRM services.
• To deliver lead data captured from Facebook Lead Ads to the authorised real estate company that ran the advertisement.
• To send transactional emails (demand letters, payment reminders) on behalf of our customers.
• To improve and debug our platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our platform integrates with the Facebook Lead Ads product via the Facebook Graph API. When a user connects their Facebook Page to Vastu CRM:

• We receive real-time webhook notifications when a person submits a lead form on that Page.
• We retrieve the lead's submitted data (name, phone, email, city, and any other fields included in the form) using the Page's access token.
• This data is stored in our platform and made available exclusively to the company that owns the connected Facebook Page.
• Lead data is not shared with any other company or third party.

All data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security, and access controls.

Access tokens for Facebook Pages are encrypted at rest.

We retain personal data for as long as the customer account is active. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time. Lead data from Facebook is retained until the customer's account is closed or a deletion request is submitted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.

If you used a Facebook Lead Ad form and wish to have your data removed from Vastu CRM, you can submit a deletion request via our Data Deletion page or by emailing support@onsiteteams.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain user sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
